1. Introduction

The protection of Personal Data is a major concern for BEYOND Group, which has made this issue a priority for a long time. Thus, the transparency of the processing of the Personal Data that we collect is a commitment for us. This Charter aims to provide you with all the relevant information relating to the processing of Personal Data that may be collected on our websites set out below in paragraph 2.
BEYOND Group (hereinafter, “we”, “our” or “our”) may collect and process Personal Data about you when you visit this site.

  7. for direct prospecting for products and services, to provide you with industry news and updates, events, promotions and contests, as well as reports and other information.

  8. to meet contractual obligations to our customers;

  9. to communicate personal information to regulatory or law enforcement agencies, if requested or authorized to do so;  

  10. our websites use a website recording service that can record mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text entered into website forms. The data collected by this service is used to improve the ergonomics of our websites. The information collected is stored and used for the production of aggregate and statistical reports and is not shared with anyone.

Processing is necessary for entering into or performing a contract - in order for us to fulfill our obligations to provide you with a service or to take the necessary steps, at your request, to enter into a contract with us, it will be necessary that we process your personal data;
Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation - we are subject to certain legal requirements which may require us to process your personal data. We may also be required by law to disclose your personal data to a regulatory or law enforcement body;

8. Retention periods for personal data

The BEYOND Group undertakes to communicate to the person concerned any information on the measures taken following his request, as soon as possible and, in any event, within one (1) month from receipt of his request or, where applicable, within two (2) months when the request is complex.
Any exercise of rights formulated with the BEYOND Group will be automatically reported by the latter to its subcontractors, if applicable, and other recipients without the person concerned having to take any additional steps.

10. Update of the Privacy Policy
